Italian Inspired Spinach Artichoke Fritters

This idea came to me while making eggplant parmessan. The flour for the crust is so tasty, I couldn’t waste it! So, I added the spinach and artichokes, threw in the eggs and a little milk and YUM, new treat!

The Tie Skirt
