As a huge fan of the Margarita, I’m always looking for new ways to enjoy its bittersweet perfection! Grapefruit seemed like a perfect alternative. And it is!
What a year! I started Bzesty as a celebration of both my independence and my ADD-like love of domestic skills.
Coconut scones glazed with colorful lime made in the shapes of Easter and Spring. They’re cute, tasty and not too sweet. They would be great served at brunch or for a lighter dessert.
For a tasty meal in a hurry, Salmon Soft Tacos are awesome! Because I made mine with salmon patties, they are just as easy to make for person as they are for five.
My daughter chose this beautiful blanket for her bed, but it never worked out. The backing was cheap and fell apart, the fluff shifted and the blanket slid off the bed. So, this beautiful fabric has been sitting in a closet forever. I just couldn’t throw it away.
This adorable tooth fairy pillow is not only lovely, but earth friendly and a real blessing for the local tooth fair. Think of the difficult work of the tiny tooth fairy, having to crawl under huge pillows in search of each and every lost tooth. This way, the tooth is easily found and retrieved making her work a snap 😉
Once you get the hang of it, this Origami Fleur de Lis is pretty simple and quick to make. The center makes a handy little cup that could be used for delivering something fun like jelly beans! 🙂
Nothing says disgusting like mold and mildew! Unfortunately, if the grout in the shower starts to crack, mold and mildew claim their domain! No need to call the grout doctors or tear it all out. It’s actually a very DIY friendly task. 🙂
