The best part of August is by far blackberries! And the blackberries in the Northwest are perfect this year, so I’m sharing my recipe for blackberry pie.
I grew-up with the theory of ‘Waste-not, Want-not’. So, when my daughter needed a full sized dresser to fit her now adult sized clothing, I knew that her small dresser would be getting a new life somewhere in the house. But the paint job that was applied to go with her one-time toddler bedroom theme was not going to work-out!
